About Us

The word Tocha (reads tou ché) originates in Portugese, which means a piece of wood set on fire and carried as a light, translated to Torch in English.

Established in 2015, Tocha was setup as a choice chillout bistro, at Hotel Boss, situated along the rustic Kallang River, offering an array of delectable western fare, bar snacks, and alcoholic beverages. Therefore, Tocha is an offbeat bistro where good food and vibrant people gather.

The founders of Tocha is a group of entrepreneur friends whom are also food enthusiasts, and thus came together to create a place that they can chillout and entertain with friends and family.
